As Head of Property Management, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and the delivery of outstanding client service. You will play a key role in driving growth and contributing to the company's continued success.The ideal candidate should bring extensive property management experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent leadership skills. This position is perfect for someone passionate about delivering excellence while inspiring and mentoring a team. The right candidate must have a full UK driving licence with access to a car, as they will be expected to travel between the following locations when appropriate: Truro, Plymouth, Exeter, and Bristol.

- Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE + benefits
