Our leading Property Management client are seeking a motivated and customer focused candidate they can train to become a successful Block Property Manager in the Bristol office (parking and hybrid working)

Working with an established and structured business with Private residential developments in the area, you will help play a key role by managing property portfolio in and around the Bristol area to ensure that customers get value for money and excellent customer service whilst providing Administration support.

Main duties (training provided)

  • Manage portfolio within a team in accordance with regulations including Administration and coordination
  • Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
  • Attending client meetings and regular site visits
  • Overseeing contractors performance/quality and reporting any maintenance issues
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Administration building compliance management
  • Working with internal departments to ensure your building remain clean, save and pleasant for residents

Experience Needed:

  • Proven Administration experience
  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Keen to build a career in Property
  • Approachable and professional
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress a career
  • Local to Bristol or with commutable distance
  • Driver / Car (Parking and expenses paid)
