SS&C Technologies seek a Property Administrator to join our SIPP team based in Bristol. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the commercial properties held within SIPPs, by effectively managing your own workload to meet the team and department SLAs and KPIs. Ensuring the client is at the heart of everything we do and seeking ways to improve client experience and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key performance Indicators (KPIs), meeting all Regulatory Requirements and Reporting.
  • Assist team members with case work / new regulatory requirements; sharing industry & product knowledge to assist.
  • Effectively build and manage collaborative relationships across our business, including within Client Operations. Work with other department managers to ensure that adequate risk management and controls are in place across Client Operations.
  • Effectively utilising our 3rd Parties in day-to-day administration including Solicitors, management agents and insurance brokers.
  • Additional Responsibilities - complete any other appropriate ad hoc tasks as directed by the line manager.

Regulatory:

To exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the role is responsible for are organised and controlled.

  • To comply with the regulatory regimes in which SS&C operates, with consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role.
  • To attend / complete all regulatory training.
  • To flag on the risk register issues or potential breaches and where appropriate to escalate to Line Manager, to enable consideration for Client Servicing implications.
  • To provide input regarding the effectiveness and design of Regulatory changes, controls, and MI, including contributing to the annual review of procedures.
