Our leading Property client is seeking a new full time permanent Administrator to work within the local office. You will play a key role is supporting Property Manager by ensuring that office administration process run smoothly

Responsibilities

To work as part of a team supporting the Managers in dealing with:

  • Letters and reports
  • Systems data management
  • Managing client correspondence
  • Booking contractors for repairs
  • Diary management
  • Client communications
  • Supporting with general office calls
  • Monitor work-flow via CRM

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Well developed interpersonal and oral communications skills
  • Interpersonal skills and customer focused
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Very strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good numerical skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
  • Demonstrable administrative experience
