You will offer expert guidance throughout the tenancy lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service.You will receive extensive training, including regular in-house sessions and online courses. Additionally, there will be a requirement to complete a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ.Main Duties:Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of 120 properties.Communication: Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance and necessary actions.Property Inspections: Arrange and conduct property inspections, providing detailed feedback to landlords.Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to legal compliance, including Right to Rent checks.Tenancy Management: Handle renewals for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements.End of Tenancy: Coordinate with tenants and landlords at the end of tenancy periods, ensuring a smooth process.Problem Resolution: Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries efficiently.Viewings: Conduct viewings for prospective tenants and manage referencing processes.Tenancy Agreements: Draft and execute tenancy agreements.Skills Required:Strong Customer Service skillsExcellent Organisational and Problem-Solving skillsGood IT literacyClear and articulate communicationLettings experience is preferable but not essentialMust be able to drive a pool car is provided22 Days holiday plus Bank HolidaysIf you are interested in joining a dynamic team and expanding your skills in property management, please click APPLY
