We are seeking a Real Estate Disputes NQ Associate to join a prestigious, Band 1 ranked Real Estate Disputes Team in one of their offices located Bristol.
The Real Estate Disputes NQ Associate's role
The successful Real Estate Disputes NQ Associate will be part of a market-leading team, handling a broad range of real estate litigious work. This encompasses various property disputes, from landlord and tenant asset management issues to boundary disputes, rights of light issues, and property insolvency. The diverse client base includes large institutional property funds, developers, tenant occupiers, energy companies, and other real estate investors. The team covers both commercial and residential property sectors. Additionally, the Real Estate Disputes NQ Associate will collaborate closely with the wider Real Estate team, engaged in multi-million pound transactions for major investors across the country. The team operates from multiple offices throughout the UK, ensuring a comprehensive, connected service.
The Real Estate Disputes NQ Associate
To be considered for the Real Estate Disputes NQ Associate position, candidates must have:
- Excellent relevant experience from a recognised real estate disputes team within a major, national, or medium-sized firm.
- Ideally, experience ranging from NQ to 2 years PQE (however, other experience levels will be considered).
- Demonstrable interest in, and enthusiasm for, the property disputes market.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Ambition to succeed and commitment to business development and client relationship management.
- Commercial orientation with strong business acumen and a commitment to innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisation, administration, and time management skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
