The Client:

Our client is a well-established property consultancy firm, specialising in a broad spectrum of surveying services, from construction management and building surveys to dilapidations.

The Role:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be supervising and expanding the commercial and residential property portfolio, with a focus on maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for property management.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Manage and maintain commercial property portfolio compliance.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budget targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through effective systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as key client liaison, delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing commercial properties and service charges.
  • RICS qualified.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
