Senior Property Manager

My client is an established independent lettings agency based in Bristol who pride themselves on delivering high levels of customer service and are looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their award-winning team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of properties
  • Carrying out check ins/outs, periodic inspections
  • Ensuring properties comply with latest regulations and compliance
  • Manage reactive and planned maintenance issues

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Senior Property Manager:

  • Prior experience in a residential property management role essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent written and spoken English
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own appropriate car
  • First class organisational skills
