We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Property Management to oversee the management and growth of our existing team. This Board level role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record or clear potential in leadership within property management, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the property management team across multiple locations in the South West.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution to enhance operational efficiency and growth.
  • Mentor and support team members, assisting with problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work dynamically with teams across multiple locations.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar leadership role within property management is highly desirable.
