We are looking for a professional and friendly individual to cover Reception for 1 day on Wednesday 30th October.
This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk, providing a warm welcome to visitors, and ensuring effective communication within the office.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are comfortable while waiting for appointments.
- Sorting and distributing post and deliveries efficiently.
- Managing room bookings and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
