- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Handling internal and external phone calls, and responding to emails
- Preparing meeting rooms, organizing refreshments, and maintaining the reception area
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including confidential waste disposal
- Coordinating car park bookings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems
- Prior experience in reception and administrative roles within a professional services environment
- Strong, confident telephone communication skills
