Temporary Reception Cover - Workplace Experience Coordinator

The RoleWe are recruiting for a tech company seeking a Temporary Workplace Experience Coordinator to provide reception cover at their Bristol office. As the first point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Your primary focus will be a mix of front desk responsibilities and assisting with office coordination. This role requires you to be on-site for the duration of the cover period. The dates for this role is Monday 17th February to Friday 14th March (4 weeks). Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the company, greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for scheduled meetings.
  • Assist with office coordination, including monitoring facilities, reporting maintenance issues, and keeping communal areas organised.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing deliveries, ordering office supplies, and responding to general inquiries.
  • Support the housekeeping team with the coordination of refreshments, ordering, and stocking.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal events and office activities.
