Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to provide holiday cover for a busy office in Bradley Stoke. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception experience who is looking for short-term work in a welcoming environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or meeting rooms.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Performing other clerical receptionist duties 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
