A multidisciplinary design firm are looking for their next bid and submission coordinator to join their Bristol based team - are you looking for your next role?
I am looking to speak with candidates who come from an architectural or construction background. Working with the wider marketing team, this role involves preparing bid submissions, supporting business development, and assisting with wider marketing activities. Your day to day would have you managing the bid process, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. You will prepare, format, and submit bid documents using InDesign, ensuring that all align with the brand guidelines of your firm.
Relevant candidates will have experience in submitting tenders and have strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. In this fast paced role you will oversee multiple bid processes and be confident managing deadlines. If successful, you would be joining a global multidisciplinary design practice which focuses on designing environments that are functional, inclusive, and sustainable.
