Are you a seasoned temp recruiter eager to transition into the rewarding Education sector? Are you ready to advance your career within a supportive and team-focused environment?

We are hiring on behalf of a global client dedicated to making a positive impact on the younger generation, having experienced great growth in the past year.

The RoleAs a recruiter with at least one year of experience in agency-based temp recruitment, you'll take on an established, active desk. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, understanding their hiring requirements, and delivering well-vetted candidates.
Engaging with candidates to learn about their career goals and matching them with suitable school environments that align with their aspirations.
Contributing to a collaborative team culture that values open communication, professional growth, and individual achievements.

About You

Temp Recruitment Expertise: With at least one year of experience in high-volume temp recruitment at an agency, you excel at building strong connections with clients and candidates, regardless of the sector.
Team-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoy working collaboratively.
Client-Focused: You are dedicated to adding value by understanding and meeting the unique needs of your clients and candidates.
