The Role:

Trainee 360 recruitment position: Business Development & Client Management
Client Acquisition: Cold calling, lead generation, B2B sales, and relationship development
Candidate Management: Advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process
Project Ownership: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering results for clients
