The Role:
- Full life-cycle / 360 recruitment position
- Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, securing new clients, building business partnerships
- Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
- Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
