About You & The Role:

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and select high-caliber candidates through various channels.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for fintech roles.

Provide professional guidance and career advice to candidates, helping them navigate the fintech job market and make informed decisions.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs, company culture, and job requirements.

Develop and maintain a network of fintech industry professionals, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and market insights.

Facilitate the interview and offer process, managing the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication.
