The position offers a salary range of £24,000 - £27,000 plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £35,000 in the first year, £45,000 in the second, and £70,000 by the third year.
The company is an international search firm specializing in leadership search within the Financial Services, Insurance, and Legal sectors across the UK, Europe, and North America.
As a Headhunter, you will receive extensive training, work across various sector practices on six-week rotations, and eventually progress to a Consultant role.
Candidates are required to have a minimum 2:1 degree and demonstrate ambition, a competitive nature, and exceptional communication skills.
The role includes market mapping, sourcing talent, and managing the recruitment process, along with numerous benefits such as a wellbeing scheme, hybrid working, and annual company trips.

Joining as aHeadhunter, you will receiveextensive training and have the opportunity to work across all sector practices on 6 weekly rotations. You will then progress into a Consultant role, become a market expert in your chosen sector.

The firm has experienced impressive growth since their management buyout in 2021 and are now in the process of establishing their first US office in New York.

The Role:

Market mapping.

Telephoning/meeting candidates and clients, looking to develop professional relationships.

Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilising internal database and networking.

Working on behalf of candidates and clients.

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree from University

Ambition and a willingness to learn.

Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.

Inherent competitive nature.

Exceptional communication skills.
