The Role:

My client are looking for recruiters in the infancy of their recruitment career who have learnt the ropes when it comes to communicating on both candidate and client and have a solid understanding of the foundations of a successful recruiter.

Stepping in as a senior consultant, you will be tasked in supporting the building out of a new desk in an incredibly nieche market projected to be worth £67billion by 2025 in the US alone. The scope for earning is genuinely ridiculous coupled with limited competition.

The desk will be completely cold however the first few months will be candidate led, developing a strong network and pool of connections through LinkedIn. To compensate for this period of network development you won’t be targeted for your first 3 months, allowing you to really understand and enhance market knowledge.

My client are a UK multi-sector leading Executive Search firm. At 5 years old, the company have excelled in a short period now moving to a larger office location to support their growth. They have become industry experts at building out desks in niche markets.
