As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Rise, you'll be in a highly sales-based, performance-driven position where your success positively impacts your career progression and where your earning potential is truly unlimited.

The Role:
- Identifying leads, potential companies/clients & sales opportunities
- Cold calling, sales and building your client base
- Relationship building
- Interviewing candidates
- Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidates
The Opportunities:
- Progression to our leadership and director level roles

- Lucrative, uncapped commission structure
- Standard Y1 earnings 40-45k+
- Highest earnings for first-year trainee: 150k+
- Full training; no previous experience required

- Motivated to work in sales
