- Identifying leads, potential companies/clients & sales opportunities
- Cold calling, sales and building your client base
- Relationship building
- Interviewing candidates
- Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidates
The Opportunities:

- Standard Y1 earnings £40-45k+
- Highest earnings for first-year trainee: £150k+
