I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing organisation, based out of their Avonmouth site who due to continued growth are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter who will play a crucial role in shaping their workforce! This position offers the opportunity to manage the recruitment process for various roles, focusing on delivering a cost-effective hiring process and achieving diversity and other organisational targets.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with real potential to go perm. Flexible hours available, 2-3 days onsite in Avonmouth.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Oversee the overall recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and meets set objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective attraction strategies to source the best candidates, including advertising campaigns and participation in recruitment events.
  • Write and review job descriptions and advertisements, tailoring them based on feedback from line managers.
  • Proactively headhunt candidates for challenging vacancies.
  • Screen and assess candidates in the initial stages and support line managers in later stages.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining regular contact and promptly addressing queries.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies, job boards, and other partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies using data analytics tools.
  • Handle administrative tasks and track applicantsā€™ progress throughout the recruitment stages.
  • Stay updated with current employment legislation and recruitment trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast paced and growing organisation.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent organisational and logistical planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
