Our client, a top law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a L&D Advisor to join their HR team!
The role:
路 The L&D Advisor will be supporting employees through their professional qualifications either as a Trainee Solicitors, an Apprentice or via CILEX.
路 There will also be aspects of talent acquisition, assisting with early careers recruitment.
路 Develop and deliver training materials.
路 Organise and facilitate law/career fairs and other early careers events.
路 Oversee the trainee onboarding process and induction process, keeping incoming trainees engaged with the business ahead of their start dates and ensuring a successful introduction into the firm
Key skills/experience:
路 Knowledge and experience of running the trainee recruitment, selection and development process, ideally to include solicitor apprenticeship scheme, CILEX and other professional qualifications.
路 Experience Working in a client focused role and delivering exceptional client service at all times.
