Company: Reed Bristol - Permanents Technology

Location: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.

Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

What is the role?

Reed Bristol are looking for a Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team of successful tech recruiters, to focus on a permanents technology desk across Bristol and the South West.

You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads through business development, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, organising interviews, conducting right to work and reference checks and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.
