We are looking for talented Senior Recruitment / Principal Consultants ideally with proven Tech/Digital recruitment experience to join the team and be part of shaping our continued success within the Tech & Digital space.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building a client base within the IT / Digital space and will have consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets whilst cultivating, maintaining and developing relationships with your clients. We offer salaries up to 45,000 with an uncapped commission plan up to 30% with no threshold. There is potential to earn up to 37% commission for high margin/value business and we have financial 'kickers' for growing your contract book. We also offer a Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) which offers up to 60% commission for long term employees. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips, Lunch Clubs, Personal Training Sessions and a Long Term Incentive Plan over and above your commission plan.
