Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer

The Role

You will provide essential support to the team both ensuring smooth and efficient processes so we can continue to offer the best possible service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing engaging and high-quality job adverts
  • Conducting market research and long-listing potential candidates
  • Shortlisting candidates based on CVs and key criteria
  • Managing databases and keeping records up to date
  • Organising interviews and liaising with candidates and clients
