Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £45,000 - No thresholds on commission 

Interaction Recruitment are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our established office in Bristol. The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant for this role will already have a proven track record in standards driven recruitment, and have the drive and ambition to grow business.

About You

· You'll already have exposure to recruitment – within any sector setting or you’re are a seasoned recruiter

· Empathy is important in recruitment, and you will care about your clients and candidates with equal measure

· You must be an effective communicator, and be able to converse with a wide range of clients and candidates

· You will have a "never give up" attitude, and have thicker skin than a Rhino!

· We love a chat, and you will be a natural on the phone too!
