Package: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)

Sales Experience (Estate Agency, Direct Sales, Car Sales, B2B Sales) or
Degree Educated
Money Motivated
Hungry for progression

Progression can be extremely quick! Fast track to management!
Go from Trainee - Con - Senior and then pick Principal or Managing Con
The commission goes up to 40%
Training is straight on the phone as well as Classroom training with L&D person
Monthly Lunch clubs to Bristol’s bets bars/restaurants
Holidays include Skiing and Ibiza
200K Club, they went to Vegas last year!
