Job Scope:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic and growing organization with a global presence. This role focuses on delivering high-quality permanent or interim/contract recruitment services across various sectors, including the tech industry. Based in Bristol, the position involves an initial six-month period working onsite, with the possibility of transitioning to hybrid working arrangements.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client relationships and placements. With a focus on achieving and exceeding targets, you will specialize in either permanent or interim/contract recruitment, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding results.

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have at least 12 months of recruitment experience and a proven billing history. A strong understanding of the tech sector is desirable, but candidates from other sectors with transferable skills are welcome to apply.
