The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Account Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract, screen, and engage top-tier candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, providing guidance and support to clients and candidates at every stage.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and market insights to deliver added value to clients and candidates.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in agency recruitment with a proven history of billing success.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
