Are you a motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in sales / recruitment within a rapidly growing SME which will prioritise your training and development, to ensure your rapid progression to management within a year, whilst earning market leading commission rates, with a realistic OTE of £35-55k in year 1, and £70-100k in year 2?

Matt only joined in September 2022 and hit the ground running, achieving promotion 3 times on the bounce and becoming one of the top billers in the company. He has the goal of growing his team to become the biggest and best at Ernest Gordon and is looking for individuals to join him and lead the charge in the Bristol HQ.
