Role Details:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (DOE) + commission ??
Location: Victoria Street, Bristol �?
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home �?

About the Job: We're looking for a go-getter with the hustle to make things happen! If you're motivated, eager to build relationships, and thrive in a competitive environment, this is your chance to shine. You'll be at the forefront of managing either the Permanent or Temporary desk, focusing on the commercial sector, with ad-hoc warehouse roles thrown in for variety. Whether it's developing fresh new relationships on the phone or face-to-face meetings, you'll be driving new business, making connections, and making an impact in recruitment.

What You'll Do:

Build Your Own Success: Develop a new client base and bring candidates to market for them.
Win Clients: Break down doors and win new clients, making the perfect match.
Consistent Growth: Achieve targets, hit sales goals, and network like a pro.
Sales Presentations: You'll pitch, negotiate, and win clients with your confidence and energy.
Fill Roles: Own the recruitment process by placing candidates in temporary roles with your client base.
