Writing engaging job adverts and posting them on job boards and LinkedIn.

Channelling your inner detective to find top candidates, reaching out to them via LinkedIn, email and telephone.Managing the full recruitment process—from initial sourcing to placements.

Completing candidate compliance checks to ensure all documentation and legal requirements are met.

Negotiating offers and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.Developing and growing a strong client base by identifying new opportunities and ensuring existing clients are well looked after.

Collaborating with the team to try new things and improve processes.What You’ll Need

Recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

A self-motivated, proactive mindset, with hunger and drive to succeed.
