As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll…
- Drive sales:Â Pitch & sell your services to schools to secure partnerships. Assist schools with both temporary and permanent vacancies rapidly
- Build relationships:Â Work with schools to understand their needs so you can in turn provide excellent staffing solutions. Also, maintain regular contact with your candidates to build lasting relationships
- Hunt for talent:Â Find and connect with the very best educators using job ads, CV searches, and referrals
- Network:Â Attend client meetings, school visits, and industry events such as expos and recruitment fairs
- Stay organised:Â Manage your candidate pool, client database, and industry trends
- Collaborate:Â Work with our Recruitment Resourcers and Compliance team to ensure candidates are legally cleared to work

- Lucrative earnings: Realistic first-year earnings of £40,750 (based off £28,750 starting salary) with potential to exceed this. Plus, there is no limit or threshold on your commission. You will also increase your base salary with every key milestone hit.

This is a sales role, and you will work towards meeting targets. However, we offer a well-structured training programme and frequent support to aid you in achieving and exceeding targets. We offer uncapped commission with no threshold, so you can reap the rewards of all your hard work!
