- Business development - We value quality over quantity, you will develop relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and position Pertemps as a preferred supplier.
- Recruiting - Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and negotiating offers it will be your job to ensure that you place qualified candidates with our clients.
- Visiting Clients - Regularly visiting prospective and existing clients to strengthen the Pertemps brand reputation and ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Driven by results and motivated by targets
- Strong customer focus and a desire to deliver a quality service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- £26,000 per annum with excellent uncapped commission structure
