Method Resourcing is a start-up tech recruitment agency based in the heart of Bristol. Whilst working alongside some of the most reputable recruiters in the UK, we will teach you all the skills you need to confidently understand how to build strong client relationships and to sell opportunities to candidates looking for work.

You will be trained from day one by our devoted Learning & Development team, working your way through a rigorous training program and putting everything into practice on the sales floor each day.

Some recruitment experience would be preferable, specifically technology. Ideally though, you will have had at least 6 months experience working in a commercial, office setting.

What we do need is drive, determination, a growth mindset, and of course, passion and hard work, with fun along the way.
