Job title: Temporary sales ledger
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary, HybridPay rate: 13 per hour + holiday
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and maintain sales ledger records
- Reconcile customer accounts and handle queries
- Monitor and chase overdue payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a sales ledger or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
