Your new companyAn award-winning, well established private sector organisation in Central Bristol.Your new roleSenior HR Business Partner, 6 months FTC, up to £75000 pa, Bristol, 1 - 2 days per week in the officeWhat you'll need to succeedAs Senior People Partner, you'll work closely with the Lead People Partner to design and implement company-wide change programmes aligned with our new operating model. This is an essential, strategic role requiring discretion, collaboration, and strong stakeholder management skills. You will collaborate with Directors and key leaders across the business, providing clear advice, support, and counsel where needed.Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with enabling functions, such as communications and legal, to ensure holistic change management.
  • Navigating ambiguity to develop and apply clear, actionable plans as information evolves.
  • Supporting and advising on employee relations, policy development, and broader people projects.
  • Orchestrating complex change processes, including TUPE and negotiation with employee representatives.
