Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify top talent using various sourcing methods, conduct thorough screenings, and match candidates to the best roles.?? Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle everything from the initial contact to job offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for clients and candidates.?? Team Collaboration: Share insights, strategies, and best practices with the team for collective success.?? Mentorship: Guide and support junior consultants, helping them grow and succeed.?? Qualifications:?? Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.?? Strong grasp of recruitment processes and best practices.??
