Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Competitive salary + industry leading 50% commission structure
Wealthlink Recruitment are a startup recruitment agency specialising in Wealth Management. We work with small and mid sized IFAs across the UK to hire for Administration, Technical Support (Paraplanning), Financial Adviser/ Planner and Compliance positions.
Since launching in August 2024 we have experienced strong client demand and are now looking to expand by bringing on an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant. In the role you will develop a Rig, in either the North, Midlands or South East Regions by nurturing existing client relationships and developing new ones. This is a 360 role so you will be responsible for both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process.

Requirements for the Senior Recruitment Consultant role?
- Experience in a 360 professional services recruitment, ideally with experience in FS recruitment
- Strong business development skills and experience of building a Rig
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to hit and exceed targets
- Self-belief and resilience
