The Role:
On behalf of our client based in Clifton, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for their early years recruitment team. This is a lovely team working on a busy desk and you’ll be response for 360 recruitment (dealing with clients and candidates).
Responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Completing all compliance for candidates
- Speaking with candidates weekly to gain their availability
- Speaking to existing clients weekly for feedback
- Confirming all shifts in with clients via email and on the phone
- Placing candidates into permanent and long-term positions
- Gaining a good understanding of what each client is looking for and setting their expectations.
- Dealing with complaints and issues raised by clients and candidates on the phone
- Calling lapsed clients and new clients for new business opportunities
- Identifying new areas of business to grow into
The Person
Ideally you will have gained previous recruitment experience, however they are also happy to consider someone who is keen to step into a trainee recruitment consultant role (office and / or sales experience would be ideal for the trainee role)
They are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- The ability to grow the section and increase fees
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Be confident to make cold sales calls to new areas
- Self-motivated and resilient.
- The ability to act on their own initiative and make decisions
- Be able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face.
- Meet agreed weekly/monthly KPI’s
The Location:
Clifton, Bristol, BS8 (parking permit available)
The Hours:
Working hours are 8.30 to 5 Monday to Friday (After probation possibility of working 1 day a week)
The Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 + Quarterly Bonus
