Your ResponsibilitiesIn your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Create professional CV profiles for marketing to clients.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to increase candidate placements.
- Meet weekly targets and KPIs set with your manager.
- Earn commission at every step of your journey.
Support and MentorshipYou'll be supported by your team manager, a dedicated mentor, and our industry-leading training team. You'll work alongside some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the education sector as you grow in your role.
Graduation and BeyondAfter your first year, you'll transition to a designated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
