Education Recruitment is a dynamic sales role in which you act as the vital link between Schools and Educators. You will build relationships both on the phone and in person. You will be tasked with sourcing the best Educators for a range of schools and roles, converse with candidates and qualifying them thoroughly, before guiding them through the interview process and eventually closing the deal and negotiating contracts.

Like any role, Recruitment has its ups and downs, but the rewards are unrivalled. You will earn uncapped commission on the placements you make, on top of an already competitive basic salary.   • Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

  • Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods

  • Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews

  • Sales calls and meetings

  • Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process
