Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Yate Branch

Responsible to: Branch Manager

Report to: Consultant

Salary: £Negotiable

Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Summary

  • Always uphold the professional image of the Company
  • Assist with the resourcing of temporary and permanent candidates
  • First point of contact - answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Meet and greet candidates and clients
  • Client liaison new and existing - telemarketing, cold calling, arranged visits

Job Content

  • Registration of candidates, checking references and RTW (Right to Work) documentation
  • Printing of company literature and marketing material
  • General office administration: stationery levels, filing, etc
  • Keeping office and kitchen area tidy
  • Upkeep of database for clients and candidates
  • Liaise with job Centres, Schools, etc for Open Days and Advertising
  • Support (Holiday/Sickness/Absence cover) to other branch offices as and when required
  • Support Consultant and Branch Manager

Training to be given on:

  • Providing Monthly sales reports
  • Working towards pre agreed Sales budgets
  • Negotiation of permanent and temporary charge rates and pay rates to be in line with company policy
  • Working to achieve sales targets as per company budgets
  • Develop existing customers and new customers

Specification:

  • Computer literate Microsoft 365
  • People person
  • Numerate
  • Able to communicate with candidates of all levels.
  • Good expectation of self and other
  • Team player / builder

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics
  • 2 "A" Levels or equivalent
  • Degree or Recruitment qualification (desirable)
