Trainee Recruitment Consultant

They are experts in their field and excel in creating long lasting and bonding relationships with clients and candidates, focusing on honesty and trust.

As a trainee, you could be you will be focusing on:

• Sourcing and screening candidates.

• Using Social media to write and post job articles.

• Interviewing potential candidates.

• Identifying and developing new business.

• Preparing candidates for client interviews.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate would have a keen interest in recruitment, be highly competitive and have a passion to develop and succeed.

A person with strong communication skills, positive attitude and a desire to progress. You must be willing to go the extra mile and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
