What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant at Finlink, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clientsUnderstanding client hiring needs and matching them with the right candidatesGuiding professionals through the recruitment process, offering career advice and supportNegotiating offers and ensuring a smooth hiring process for all parties involved
