Staffline are looking for a full time Driver Trainer and Compliance Manager for our client based in Bristol.

Hours are 09:00-17:30

Payrate is between £38,000-£40,000

Your Time at Work

Working in accordance with the company values of Safe, Talented, Attentive and Reliable we are looking for a talented Driver Trainer and Compliance Manager.

You will provide support and advise all employees including drivers on compliance and Health and Safety
Monitoring and assisting all employees to have the ability to complete their daily tasks. You will deliver the CPC training and maintain accurate records to ensure all the required hours are completed prior to expiry dates - induct and train all new employees during the onboarding process

Being able to fully utilise the telematics system to monitor driver behaviours and safe driving and review and implement all training requirements for both operational staff and drivers

What you need to have
- Indepth Health and Safety and Driver regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of transport and warehousing
- Knowledge of FORS and FORS Practioner desirable
- Telematics systems such as Trutac, microlise or haultech
- Approved CPC trainer and instructers license
- International CPC and Class 1 Driving License
- Presentation skills and the ability to apply the application of H&S regulations
- Extensive operational experience of logistics
- Experience in completing driver assessments
