Job Title: Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor
Department: Health & Social care
Salary: DOE. Circa up to 75K
Location: Bristol or remote with minimal office days.
Hours: Full time.

Top Tier Legal 500 Law firm hiring for a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor. The firm offers extremely flexible working, no set days in the office but some presence is preferred so you will ideally be based in the South west or Wales area .

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Handle a varied caseload, under supervision is needed including but not limited to, regulatory and advisory files, Health & Social care, NHS Trusts, Charities, investors, Coroners requests, COP litigation, regulation and enforcement and more.
* Offer regulatory advice to health and social care organisations across public, private, and charity sectors.
* Address complex issues, including governance, complaints, serious incidents, and confidentiality matters.
* Provide guidance on professional disciplinary cases and safeguarding in health and social care.
* Advise on mental health legislation, including the Mental Health Act and related regulations.
* Support compliance inspections and enforcement actions by regulatory bodies like the CQC.
* Deliver high-level strategic advice to senior leaders during critical situations.
* Engage in judicial reviews and inquiries related to health service reconfiguration.
* Business development as and when require. Occasionally attend networking events.

Experience Required:
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
* Experience in health and social care law.
* Experience in regulatory law.
