I am recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a business on a temporary basis.
You will answer inbound calls to provide support to customers, managing any technical issues, create support documents and managing customer accounts.
Helpdesk roles take on tasks like answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, creating support documents, and managing customer accounts.
You will speak with customers over the phone and on email.
Successful candidates will need to be available immediately and need to have experience of customer service/ call centre and administration experience.
You must be a confident communicator both over the phone and on email.
Hours are Monday- Friday (Apply online only) with 1 hour lunch.
Parking available on site.
